Set Up Trading on Polycopy

Create your Polymarket account at Polymarket sign-up guide.

Use email login, not a wallet login. This is required to link your Polymarket wallet later.

1. Go to polymarket.com.
2. Click "Sign Up" and choose email login.
3. Verify your email and finish your profile.

Polymarket now uses pUSD (backed 1:1 by USDC) as its trading collateral. When you deposit USDC, it automatically converts to pUSD. You can add funds with a card or crypto transfer. The official Polymarket funding guide is here: How to deposit on Polymarket.

Polymarket is rolling out Polymarket USD (pUSD) as in-platform collateral backed by USDC. For how that fits funding and copy trading on Polycopy, see Polymarket USD (pUSD) explained.

Your funds stay on Polymarket. Polycopy does not hold your funds or execute trades without your explicit action.

1. Open the Polymarket deposit page.
2. Choose your funding method (card or crypto transfer).
3. Confirm your balance appears before copying trades.

Tip: If transferring crypto, send USDC on Polygon — Polymarket will convert it to pUSD automatically.

Connecting your wallet lets you copy trades directly from the feed. It's available to all users (free and Premium) and takes about 2 minutes.

1. Go to polycopy.app/settings and click "Connect Wallet."
2. Export your private key from Polymarket: go to your Polymarket account settings, click Account, then click "Start Export" to reveal your key.
3. Paste the private key into Polycopy. Your key is encrypted in your browser and stored securely by Turnkey. Polycopy never sees it.
4. Polycopy automatically detects your Polymarket account. In rare cases, you may be asked to confirm your wallet address.

That's it. Once connected, you can copy trades from the feed and set up Auto Copy bots.
