How Polycopy Fees Work

Polycopy charges one flat fee per trade and nothing else. How that fee, Polymarket's own fees, and slippage each show up on your order, with a worked example.

Last updated August 21, 2026

Polycopy charges one flat fee of 0.5% on every trade executed through Polycopy, and nothing else. No profit share, no maker/taker split, no deposit or withdrawal fees. The fee is the same on the free plan and on Premium, and it is shown on every order before you confirm.

The three lines on your ticket

Up to three separate numbers make up what a copied trade costs you. They come from different places, and only one of them goes to Polycopy.

The market fill price

What you pay for the shares themselves. This is set by the order book at the moment your order fills, not by Polycopy or Polymarket.

Polymarket's own fee, on some markets

Polymarket charges its own fee on some markets. It varies by market category and price, it is set by Polymarket, and it goes to Polymarket, not Polycopy. See Polymarket's help center for their current schedule.

Polycopy's flat fee

A flat 0.5% of the trade, charged on top of the trade as a Polymarket builder fee. This is the only money Polycopy takes from a trade.

One thing that is not on this list: slippage. Slippage is the difference between the price you expected and the price you actually filled at. It is a cost of trading in a moving market, not a fee anyone charges, and it goes to no one.

What Polycopy charges, and what it never charges
ItemDoes Polycopy charge for it?

Trading fee on each executed order

Yes. A flat 0.5% per trade.

Premium subscription

Separate. $30/month, and only if you subscribe. Trading fees are the same either way.

Profit share

Never. You keep 100% of your trading profits.

Deposits and withdrawals

Never. Funds move on Polymarket, not through Polycopy.

A bot sitting idle

Never. You only pay when a trade actually executes.

Do I pay fees on Paper Trading?

No. Paper Trading is simulated, so no real order is placed and no real fee is charged. Paper results include simulated costs so they stay honest about what live copying would cost.

Do fees apply to sells?

Yes. The flat 0.5% applies to each order executed through Polycopy, buys and sells alike. Nothing extra is charged when a market resolves.
