Check Which Polymarket Account Is Linked
How to confirm which Polymarket account Polycopy trades with: compare the trading wallet address in Settings with polymarket.com/portfolio, and reconnect if they differ.
Last updated August 21, 2026
Settings shows exactly which account Polycopy trades with. Open Settings, find the Wallet section, and compare the trading wallet address shown there with the account you see on polymarket.com/portfolio. If the two addresses match, Polycopy is trading with the account you think it is.
Check the address in two minutes
Find your address in Polycopy
Open Settings and look at the Wallet section. The trading wallet address shown there is the account every Polycopy trade uses.
Compare it with Polymarket
Open polymarket.com/portfolio in another tab and find your wallet address there. Compare the two, checking the first and last few characters.
If they don't match, reconnect
Disconnect the wallet in Settings and reconnect using the key for the account you actually fund and trade with. If you are unsure which key belongs to which account, contact support through the Get Help form before reconnecting.
The classic symptom: balance looks wrong
The usual sign of a wrong link is Polycopy reporting insufficient balance while Polymarket clearly shows funds. That has two common causes. Either the funds sit in a different Polymarket account than the one linked to Polycopy, or the funds are tied up in open positions.
Portfolio value is not spendable cash. Polycopy can only place new trades with free pUSD, so a portfolio showing hundreds of dollars in open positions can still have nothing available for a new order. Check the Cash line on your Polymarket portfolio, not the total. If Cash is low, selling a position or adding funds frees things up.
