How to Withdraw Your Funds

Withdrawals happen on Polymarket, not on Polycopy. How to free up cash, cash out to a wallet you control, and what Polycopy does and does not charge.

Last updated August 22, 2026

Polycopy has no withdrawal feature, and it never will. Your money lives in your own Polymarket account, so cashing out happens there. Polycopy cannot move your funds and takes no cut of a withdrawal.

1

Free up the cash

Sell the positions you want to cash out of, or wait for those markets to resolve. Winning shares pay $1.00 each into your balance at resolution. If the numbers look wrong, read Cash vs Portfolio Value.

2

Pause anything still trading

If an Auto Copy bot is running, pause or stop it first. Otherwise it may spend the cash you just freed up before you reach the withdrawal screen.

3

Open Polymarket

Log in at polymarket.com with the account you connected to Polycopy and go to your portfolio.

4

Choose Withdraw

Polymarket converts your pUSD back to USDC and sends it out. Follow their screen for the routes and limits that apply to you.

5

Send it to an address you control

Paste your own wallet or exchange deposit address and check the first four and last four characters. On-chain transfers are final. Make sure the network matches what the receiving side expects.

6

Confirm and wait

Withdrawals normally complete within minutes. Polymarket does not charge a withdrawal fee, and neither does Polycopy.

If the withdrawal does not arrive

It shows as sent but nothing arrived

Check that the receiving side supports the network the funds went out on. An exchange deposit address for the wrong chain will not credit, and that is not reversible.

Polymarket will not let you withdraw the full amount

Part of your balance is in open positions. Only cash is withdrawable.

You cannot sell a position first

Positions under 5 shares cannot be sold on the exchange and can only wait for resolution. See Minimum Sizes and Positions Too Small to Sell.

Withdrawal problems are Polymarket problems, so their support is the right place to start. If you cannot tell whether the issue is Polymarket or Polycopy, email help@polycopy.com or use the Get Help form on the help centre and we will tell you which.
